Service agreement

This page outlines the terms governing your use of the Vanguton platform and the mutual obligations between us.

1. Acceptance

By starting to use the Vanguton platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept, you must not use the service.

2. Account & responsibility

Account security (password, session) is entirely your responsibility. All actions performed on your account are deemed performed by you. Notify info@vanguton.com immediately of any suspicious activity.

3. Usage restrictions

It is prohibited to use the service for: spam, fraud, unsolicited calls (data protection violations), distributing malware, or reverse engineering. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

4. Payment & billing

Vanguton is currently in beta with free access. Pricing plans will be announced after general availability. Invoices may be issued in Turkish or English with VAT included.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. After closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days under KVKK Article 7 / GDPR right to erasure (except as required by law).

6. Limitation of liability

The Vanguton service is provided 'as-is'. No guarantees are made on the accuracy of AI responses, call quality, or continuity. Vanguton is not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions or AI errors.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. Significant changes will be notified to your account email. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
