How we protect your data

Vanguton operates in compliance with KVKK (Turkish data protection law) and GDPR frameworks. This page explains how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected.

1. Data controller

Vanguton is a SaaS platform operating under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, acting as data controller under KVKK and GDPR for the processing of your personal data.

2. Data we collect

• Account information (name, email, phone, company) • Call data (audio recording, transcript, intent/sentiment analysis) • Customer & appointment data (entered by users) • Panel usage and security records: sign-in/sign-out times, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited in the panel and actions taken. These records are processed for account security, abuse detection and support on the basis of legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f / GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and are visible only to authorised Vanguton staff.

3. Data usage

Your data is used solely to deliver the service, improve it, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Encryption & security

Call recordings are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. API keys and sensitive information are encrypted in the database. All traffic is protected with TLS 1.3.

5. Retention

Call data is kept for 90 days by default. Tenant administrators can adjust this period from the panel. Expired records are automatically deleted (KVKK Article 7 / GDPR right to erasure). Panel page-visit records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Sign-in and action audit records are kept for account security and legal obligations because they are tamper-evident.

6. Third-party services

We work with the following providers under contract: Google Gemini Live API (AI voice), LiveKit (media infrastructure), Cloudflare (CAPTCHA + CDN), Google Analytics (anonymized visit metrics — opt-in only).

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 / GDPR, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, request correction, deletion, transfer, or object to processing. Contact info@vanguton.com for any such request.
